Socials for Groups & Guests

Socials happen the 3rd month of the first three quarters: Mar, Jun, Sept. December is reserved for the group holiday gathering.

Important note on attendance & industry representation

We try to limit conflict by restricting the number of professional members per industry. In return, we ask for consistent attendance and participation. If you miss an occasional meeting due to a conflict or emergency, we understand—please alert members with enough notice by emailing the group. If you struggle to commit consistently, C‑Suite reserves the right to expand membership for your industry and may allow another professional to become the committed member going forward.

Group meetings happen the 1st & 2nd month of each quarter: Jan, Feb, Apr, May, Jul, Aug, Oct, Nov.

Group Meeting Agenda

  1. Thank others (2 minutes)
  2. Update the group on how recent 1:1 or triad meetings went
  3. Business & personal updates (25–30 minutes total; ~2 minutes each)
  4. Asks (2 minutes)
  5. Spotlights (10 minutes)
    • A few members explain something of value (e.g., change in law, industry issue, or something that benefits the group)
    • New members can share what they do at a deeper level
  6. Action items (10 minutes)

      • Evaluate who is/isn’t attending
