Jessica O’Hara serves as Vice President for Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which oversees five discretionary funds and separate account mandates totaling over $2 billion in equity. Jessica focuses on corporate solutions to ensure the delivery of a consistent and seamless customer experience for tenants throughout Stream’s industrial portfolio. Additionally, she concentrates on industrial asset management activities throughout Chicago and the Southeast.
Before assuming her current position, Jessica specialized in agency leasing and tenant representation in Stream’s Chicago market. Prior to joining Stream, Jessica spent the majority of her eight-year career in the commercial real estate industry with CBRE, Inc., where she focused on office leasing, tenant representation, and transaction management.

His emphasis is on pass-through entities across a wide variety of industries. Jason frequently consults with clients on various tax strategies and business planning. His expertise includes pass-through entity advisory, taxation and planning services, financial statement reporting and analysis, tax-free exchanges, operational efficiency and internal control reviews, and high net worth individuals. Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern College (Iowa) with bachelors degrees in both Accounting and Business Finance. On the personal side, he resides in Tinley Park with his wife, three children and three dogs.
